Предметом исследования является действующая система управления затратами АО «ОДК-Климов». Целью работы является формирование рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы управления затратами АО «ОДК-Климов». В  процессе  написания  работы применялись следующие  методы: анализ, синтез, классификация, сравнение, практические методы, метод экономического анализа (АФХД). Анализ и обработка данных проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel), разработка схем – с помощью программы Draw.io и пакета MS Office (Word). Результатом работы является проект по совершенствованию системы управления затратами АО «ОДК-Климов» в области нормативного метода учёта затрат. Полученные результаты работы применимы АО «ОДК-Климов»  и прочими предприятиями ВПК для повышения эффективности своей деятельности. Разработанный проект является эффективным, он окупится в течение 16 месяцев 16 дней, а также позволит АО «ОДК-Климов» снизить прямые затраты производства, получать актуальную и обоснованную информацию о маржинальности продукции, принимать обоснованные управленческие решения и совершенствовать производственную систему предприятия.

The subject of the study is the current cost management system of JSC «UEC-Klimov». The given work is devoted to forming recommendations for improving the cost management system of JSC «UEC-Klimov». In the process of writing the work, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, classification, comparison, practical methods, the method of economic analysis (AFEA). Data analysis and processing was carried out using the MS Office (Excel) package, schema development was carried out using the program Draw.io and the MS Office (Word) package. The result of the work is a project of improving the cost management system of JSC «UEC-Klimov» in the field of the normative method of cost accounting. The obtained results of the work are applicable to JSC «UEC-Klimov» and other military-industrial complex enterprises to improve the efficiency of their activities. The developed project is effective, it will pay off within 16 months and 16 days and will allow JSC «UEC-Klimov» to reduce direct production costs, receive reasonable information about the marginality of products, make  justified management decisions and improve the production system of the enterprise.
