Данная работа посвящена опыту России и Германии в применении «мягкой силы» в рамках спортивной дипломатии. Также в ходе исследования рассматривались структурные особенности, принципы и механизмы, согласно которым работают спортивные организации. В ходе работы были поставлены следующие задачи: 1. Сформировать чёткое представление о понятии спортивной дипломатии и методов ее реализации; 2. Выявить структурные особенности международных спортивных организаций, влияющие, в свою очередь, на эффективность их деятельности; 3. Рассмотреть объективные и субъективные факторы, влияющие на развитие взаимоотношений между странами-участниками спортивной дипломатии; 4. Охарактеризовать влияние и последствия государственной политики в сфере спорта в жизни российского и немецкого общества; 5. Изучить влияние исторических процессов на восприятие событий, происходившие в мировом спорте. Теоретическую и практическую базу ВКР включены работы российских и иностранных исследователей, официальная документация, а также научная литература, которая была важна для написания данной работы. В ходе работы также были использованы общенаучные методы познания: анализ, классификация и описание. В результате были выявлены особенности применения проявления спортивной дипломатии в рамках политики «мягкой силы» в России и Германии.

This work is devoted to the experience of Russia and Germany in the use of "soft power" in the framework of sports diplomacy. The study also examined the structural features, principles and mechanisms according to which sports organizations operate. In the course of the work , the following tasks were set: 1. To form a clear understanding of the concept of sports diplomacy and methods of its implementation; 2. To identify the structural features of international sports organizations, which, in turn, affect the effectiveness of their activities; 3. To consider objective and subjective factors influencing the development of relations between the participating countries of sports diplomacy; 4. To characterize the impact and consequences of state policy in the field of sports in the life of Russian and German society; 5. To study the influence of historical processes on the perception of events that took place in world sports. The theoretical and practical basis of the graduate qualification work includes the works of Russian and foreign researchers, official documentation, as well as scientific literature, which was important for writing this work. In the course of the work, general scientific methods of cognition were also used: analysis, classification and description. As a result, the peculiarities of the application of the manifestation of sports diplomacy within the framework of the policy of "soft power" in Russia and Germany were revealed.
