Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Институты гуманитарного сотрудничества между Российской Федерацией и Туркменистаном». Данная работа посвящена изучению развития институтов гуманитарного сотрудничества между Российской Федерацией и Туркменистаном. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение роли культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества в современных международных отношениях. 2. Рассмотрение современного состояния отношений Туркменистана и России как основа для развития контактов в культурно-гуманитарной сфере. 3. Указание значения культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества для государственных двусторонних отношений. 4. Раскрытие направления взаимодействия Туркменистана и России в культурно-гуманитарной сфере. 5. Указание основных проблем в туркмено-российском культурно- гуманитарном сотрудничестве. 6. Изучение перспектив развития туркмено-российского культурно- гуманитарного сотрудничества и перспективные направления культурно- гуманитарного сотрудничества Туркменистана и России. В результате было проанализировано состояние гуманитарного сотрудничества между Российской Федерацией и Туркменистаном. Разработаны направления гуманитарного сотрудничества между Российской Федерацией и Туркменистаном и удалось определить их дальнейшие перспективы.

This work is devoted to the study of the development of institutions of humanitarian cooperation between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study of the role of cultural and humanitarian cooperation in modern international relations. 2. Consideration of the current state of relations between Turkmenistan and Russia as a basis for the development of contacts in the cultural and humanitarian sphere. 3. Indication of the importance of cultural and humanitarian cooperation for state bilateral relations. 4. Disclosure of the direction of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia in the cultural and humanitarian sphere. 5. Indication of the main problems in the Turkmen-Russian cultural and humanitarian cooperation. 6. Study of the prospects for the development of Turkmen-Russian cultural and humanitarian cooperation and promising areas of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia. As a result, the state of humanitarian cooperation between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan was analyzed. The directions of humanitarian cooperation between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan have been developed and their further prospects have been determined.
