Работа посвящена анализу современного состояния, принципов реконструкции и строительства, размещения зданий здравоохранения и разработки концепции модернизации больничного комплекса. Цель исследования – выбор оптимальной концепции модернизации больничного комплекса в сложившейся городской застройке в условиях пандемии. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение городских пространств и сложившейся застройки города с точки зрения размещения амбулаторно-профилактических и стационарных учреждений. 2. Анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта строительства и модернизации больничных комплексов в условиях пандемии. 3. Разработка информационной модели пространственнофункциональной организации объекта исследования. 4. Оценка социальной значимости проекта. Предмет исследования – Модернизация с расширением больничного комплекса в условиях сложившейся городской застройки. Исследование проводилось методами: систематизации и анализа нормативно-правовой и научной литературы, сравнения и произведения аналогий отечественных и зарубежных проектов, статистической обработки данных, информационного моделирования. В результате были проанализированы: сложившаяся городская застройка, отечественный и зарубежный опыт строительства, реконструкции и модернизации больничных комплексов, проведена оценка социальной значимости проекта и разработана концепция модернизации с расширением СПБГБУЗ №15. Результаты данной работы могут быть использованы при детальной разработке проектной документации на модернизацию многофункционального больничного комплекса СПБГБУЗ «Городская больница №15». Работа была выполнена с помощью программ: 3D-моделирование и визуализации - Autodesk Revit 2022, SketchUp Pro 2022, Autodesk 3D Max 2022, Lumion 2022; Архитектурно-строительные чертежи – Autodesk AutoCAD 2022; Текст работы – Microsoft Office 2019.

The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the current state, principles of reconstruction and construction, placement of healthcare buildings, and the development of a concept for the modernization of the hospital complex. The goal of the research is to select the optimal concept for modernizing the hospital complex in the existing urban development in the conditions of a pandemic. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Studying urban spaces and established city development from the perspective of locating outpatient and inpatient healthcare facilities. 2. Analyzing domestic and international experience in the construction and modernization of hospital complexes during a pandemic. 3. Development of an information model for the spatial-functional organization of the research object. 4. Evaluation of the social significance of the project. The subject of research is the modernization and expansion of the hospital complex in the context of established urban development. The research was conducted using methods such as systematization and analysis of regulatory and scientific literature, comparison and analogies of domestic and foreign projects, statistical data processing, and information modeling. As a result, the following aspects were analyzed: the existing urban development, domestic and international experience in construction, reconstruction, and modernization of hospital complexes. An assessment of the social significance of the project was conducted, and a concept for modernization with the expansion of St. Petersburg City Hospital No. 15 was developed. The results of this study can be used in the detailed development of design documentation for the modernization of the multifunctional hospital complex of St. Petersburg City Hospital No. 15. The work was carried out using the following software: 3D modeling and visualization: Autodesk Revit 2022, SketchUp Pro 2022, Autodesk 3D Max 2022, Lumion 2022.
