Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Реновация промышленных территорий в современных условиях г. Санкт-Петербурга (на примере промзоны «Галерная»)». Целью исследования является анализ рекомендаций, по возможным направлениям реализации проекта реновации одной из промышленных территорий Санкт-Петербурга, расположенной в Василеостровском районе города. Задачи, решаемые в ходе исследования: 1. Изучить и обобщить зарубежный и отечественный опыт проведения проектов реновации промышленных территорий; 2. Изучить и выполнить анализ отечественной нормативно-правовой документации, действующей в сфере реновации промышленных территорий; 3. Выявить актуальные проблемы и задачи при реализации проектов реновации промышленных территорий; 4. Изучить методические материалы по обеспечению процессов, связанных с реновацией промышленных территорий; 5. Рассмотреть возможные варианты проекта реновации промышленной территории «Галерная», расположенной в Василеостровском районе города Санкт-Петербурга. Предметом исследования являются возможные варианты осуществления проектов реновации промышленной территории «Галерная» на территории Василеостровского района города Санкт-Петербурга. В соответствии с целью и поставленными задачами исследования были выбраны методы анализа, сравнения и классификации, и применение методологии структурного функционализма. В данном диссертационном исследовании рассмотрены понятие и сущность реновации промышленных территорий. Выявлены актуальные проблемы реализации проектов реновации. Изучены нормативно-правовые аспекты, касающиеся реализации редевелопмента. В результате данной работы была выполнена оценка потенциала редевелопмента объекта исследования. На основании рассмотренных вариантов возможной рефункционализации объекта исследования был предложен наиболее перспективный. Для достижения данных качественных и количественных результатов выбора наиболее привлекательного способа реновации объекта исследования были применены информационные технологии – MS Excel для структуризации данных. Полученные в процессе работы результаты могут быть применены как при подготовке специалистов, связанных с промышленными объектами и их территориями, так и для девелоперских проектов.

The theme of the final qualification work: "Renovation of industrial areas in the modern conditions of St. Petersburg (on the example of the Galernaya industrial zone)". The purpose of the study is to analyze the recommendations on possible directions for the implementation of the renovation project of one of the industrial territories of St. Petersburg, located in the Vasileostrovsky district of the city. Tasks to be solved in the course of the study: 1. To study and generalize foreign and domestic experience in the implementation of projects for the renovation of industrial areas; 2. To study and carry out an analysis of domestic regulatory documents in force in the field of renovation of industrial areas; 3. To identify current problems and tasks in the implementation of projects for the renovation of industrial areas; 4. To study the methodological materials for ensuring the processes associated with the renovation of industrial areas; 5. Consider possible options for the renovation project of the Galernaya industrial area located in the Vasileostrovsky district of St. Petersburg. The subject of the study is the possible options for the implementation of projects for the renovation of the Galernaya industrial area in the Vasileostrovsky district of the city of St. Petersburg. In accordance with the purpose and objectives of the study, methods of analysis, comparison and classification, and the application of the methodology of structural functionalism were chosen. In this dissertation research, the concept and essence of the renovation of industrial territories are considered. The actual problems of the implementation of renovation projects have been identified. Studied legal and regulatory aspects relating to the implementation of redevelopment. As a result of this work, an assessment of the redevelopment potential of the object of study was made. Based on the considered options for the possible refunctionalization of the object of study, the most promising one was proposed. To achieve these qualitative and quantitative results of choosing the most attractive way of renovation of the research object, information technologies were used - MS Excel for data structuring. The results obtained in the process of work can be applied both in the training of specialists associated with industrial facilities and their territories, and for development projects.
