Работа посвящена созданию эскиза проекта обустройства набережной р. Вологды от памятника 800-летия города до Октябрьского моста. Для реализации поставленной цели были выполнены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение отечественного и зарубежного опыта организации набережных в структуре прибрежных территорий городов; 2. Изучение нормативно-правовое базы в области проектирования и эксплуатации набережных и парков; 3. Проведение опроса среди экспертов в области искусства для расчета коэффициента эстетической привлекательности обустроенной набережной. Объектом исследования является набережная вдоль р. Вологды от памятника 800-летия города до Октябрьского моста. Предмет исследования: концепция обустройства прибрежной территории вдоль р. Вологды. В качестве методов исследования использовались: - анализ нормативно-правовой документации; -анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта обустройства прибрежных территорий; - опрос экспертов в области искусств для вычисления коэффициента эстетической привлекательности. По результатам анализа исследуемой территории, её истории и климатических характеристик, изучения российского и зарубежного опыта проектирования линейных парков, анализа нормативно-правовой базы в сфере разработки рекреационных зон был спроектирован эскиз набережной вдоль реки Вологды на участке проведения работ. На территории набережной расположены зона тихого отдыха, зона трехъярусной набережной, ярмарочная зона, зона отдыха для детей, зона для занятий спортом, зона проведения массовых мероприятий. Благодаря оснащению набережной объектами социальной инфраструктуры, парк становится функциональным пространством для отдыха и рекреации жителей и гостей города. Для достижения цели диссертационного исследования будут использованы следующие цифровые технологии: создание эскиза концепции обустройства набережной реки Вологды в программе AutoCAD Civil 3D, составление опроса экспертов для расчёта коэффициента эстетической привлекательности на сайте Google Forms.

The work is devoted to the creation of a sketch of the project for the arrangement of the Vologda river embankment from the monument of the 800th anniversary of the city to the Oktyabrsky Bridge. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were performed: 1. Study of domestic and foreign experience in the organization of embankments in the structure of coastal areas of cities; 2. Study of the regulatory framework in the field of design and operation of embankments and parks; 3. Conducting a survey among experts in the field of art to calculate the coefficient of aesthetic attractiveness of the equipped embankment. The object of the study is the embankment along the Vologda River from the monument of the 800th anniversary of the city to the Oktyabrsky Bridge. Subject of research: The process of arrangement of the coastal territory along the Vologda River. The following research methods were used: - analysis of regulatory and legal documentation; -analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the development of coastal territories; - a survey of experts in the field of arts to calculate the coefficient of aesthetic attractiveness. Based on the results of the analysis of the studied territory, its history and climatic characteristics, the study of Russian and foreign experience in the design of linear parks, the analysis of the regulatory framework in the development of recreational areas, a sketch of the embankment along the Vologda River at the site of the work was designed. On the territory of the embankment there is a quiet recreation area, a three-tier embankment area, a fairground area, a recreation area for children, a sports area, a mass events area. Thanks to the equipping of the embankment with social infrastructure facilities, the park becomes a functional space for recreation and recreation of residents and guests of the city. To achieve the goal of the dissertation research, the following digital technologies will be used: creating a sketch of the Vologda River embankment design concept in the AutoCAD Civil 3D program, compiling a survey of experts to calculate the coefficient of aesthetic attractiveness on the Google Forms website.
