Работа посвящена оптимизации расчета затрат на строительство кровельных конструкций для малоэтажных строений с учетом всего жизненного цикла. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Проведение анализа существующих методик строительства кровельных конструкций. 2. Анализ методов расчета затрат на строительство кровельных конструкций. 3. На основе проанализированных данных выявить достоинства и недостатки имеющихся методик строительства и методов расчета. 4. Подбор универсальной технологии строительства кровельных конструкций. 5. Разработка алгоритма вычисления стоимости строительства кровельных конструкций. 6. Применение разработанного алгоритма на практическом примере. В результате работы были исследованы и выявлены достоинства и недостатки существующих методик строительства кровельных конструкций и методов расчета их затрат. Была подобрана оптимальная технология строительства кровельных конструкций, которая соответствует всем требованиям СП “Кровли”, а также рассмотрены достоинства и недостатки различных кровельных материалов с особенностью их монтажа. На основании полученных данных был разработан алгоритм вычисления стоимости строительно-монтажных работ и кровельных материалов с учетом всех дополнительных элементов кровли и расходных материалов. Полученный алгоритм был внедрен в программный комплекс Excel и на примере продемонстрирован комплексный расчет стоимости строительно-монтажных работ и кровельных материалов по заданным параметрам. К этому расчету отдельной позицией были добавлены эксплуатационные затраты, которые учитывают стоимость кровельных работ и материалов по истечению срока службы кровельного покрытия. Проведя испытания данного расчета, были представлены практические рекомендации по выбору кровельного покрытия с практической точки зрения и выбор кровельного покрытия с учетом эксплуатационных затрат.

The work is devoted to optimizing the calculation of costs for the construction of roofing structures for low-rise buildings, considering the entire life cycle. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of existing methods of construction of roofing structures. 2. Analysis of methods for calculating the cost of construction of roofing structures. 3. On the basis of the analyzed data to identify the advantages and disadvantages of existing construction methods and calculation methods. 4. Selection of universal technology for the construction of roofing structures. 5. Development of an algorithm for calculating the cost of construction of roofing structures. 6. Application of the developed algorithm on a practical example. As a result of the work, the advantages, and disadvantages of existing methods of construction of roofing structures and methods of calculating their costs were investigated and identified. The optimal technology for the construction of roofing structures was selected, which meets all the requirements of the joint venture “Roofing” and considered the advantages and disadvantages of various roofing materials with the peculiarity of their installation. Based on the data obtained, an algorithm was developed for calculating the cost of construction and installation works and roofing materials, considering all additional elements of the roof and consumables. The resulting algorithm was implemented in the Excel software package, and, by example, a comprehensive calculation of the cost of construction and installation works and roofing materials according to the specified parameters was demonstrated. To this calculation, operating costs were added as a separate item, which consider the cost of roofing works and materials after the expiration of the service life of the roofing. After testing this calculation, practical recommendations were presented on the choice of roofing from a practical point of view and the choice of roofing considering operating costs.
