Объект работы — это территория города Ялта, а предмет - предложения по защите территории от затопления и подтопления. Цель исследования заключается в разработке мероприятий по защите территории городов Крыма от затоплений и подтоплений. В процессе работы решались следующие задачи: 1. Обзор нормативной документации и литературы на тему исследования; 2. Обзор отечественного и зарубежного опыта в сфере инженерной защиты территорий от затоплений и подтоплений; 3. Изучение сведений о территории города Ялта; 4. Анализ причин затопления и подтопления территории объекта исследования и их классификация; 5. Определение зон затопления и подтопления на карте города Ялта и выбор участка для разработки мероприятий; 6. Рассмотрение действующих методов защиты от подтоплений и затоплений, их анализ и определение недостатков и преимуществ для методов; 7. Разработка перечня мероприятий от затопления и подтопления. Мероприятия по защите территории от затоплений и подтоплений предлагались на основании анализа и обзора научной и нормативно-правовой литературы, изучения российских и зарубежных методов, статистической обработки климатических и других необходимых сведений. В результате реализации проекта удалось разработать комплекс мероприятий инженерной защиты территории города Ялта от затоплений и подтоплений. Для территории города Ялты применимо строительство закрытых дренажных систем при отводе дренажных вод в городские ливнеотводящие коллекторы, с осуществлением дальнейшей очистки вод на городских канализационных очистных сооружениях для защиты от затоплений, для защиты территории от подтоплений применяется реконструкция подпорных стен городских набережных с наращиванием и усилением парапетов.

The object of the work is the territory of the city of Yalta, and the subject - proposals for the protection of the territory from flooding and underflooding. The aim of the study is to develop measures to protect the territory of the cities of Crimea from flooding and underflooding. In the process of work the following tasks were solved: 1. Review of normative documentation and literature on the topic of the study; 2. Review of domestic and foreign experience in the field of engineering protection of territories from flooding and underflooding; 3. Study of information on the territory of the city of Yalta; 4. Analysis of the causes of flooding and underflooding of the territory of the object of research and their classification; 5. Identification of zones of flooding and underflooding on the map of Yalta city and the choice of the site for the development of measures; 6. Consideration of current methods of protection against flooding and underflooding, their analysis and identification of disadvantages and advantages for the methods; 7. Development of a list of measures against flooding and underflooding. Measures to protect the area from flooding and underflooding were proposed on the basis of analysis and review of scientific and regulatory literature, the study of Russian and foreign methods, statistical processing of climatic and other necessary information. As a result of the project it was possible to develop a set of measures of engineering protection of the territory of the city of Yalta from flooding and underflooding. For the territory of the city of Yalta is applicable construction of closed drainage systems with the diversion of drainage water into urban stormwater drainage collectors, with the implementation of further water treatment at the city sewage treatment facilities to protect against flooding, to protect the territory from underflooding reconstruction of retaining walls of the city embankment with building up and strengthening of parapets.
