Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Разработка корпоративной платформы электронного документооборота на основе системы Korus Five». Целью исследования является автоматизация документооборота компании за счет внедрения оптимальной системы электронного документооборота. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Стройтруд». Предмет ВКР Документооборот компании ООО «Стройтруд». Методы исследования: многокритериальный анализ, метод ELECTRE, методы оценки эффективности внедрения методами технико-экономического анализа. Основные результаты исследования: - определены узкие и проблемные места в деятельности компании; - выявлены и сформулированы требования к системе; - проведен сравнительный анализ систем электронного документооборота методом ELECTRE; - сформулированы этапы и критерии оценки эффективности внедрения системы электронного документооборота; - разработана структура и состав корпоративной СЭД; - определены и предложены пути и перспективы развития системы оптимизация работы предприятия за счет внедрения оптимальной системы электронного документооборота. Областью применения результатов ВКР является система электронного документооборота предприятий строительной отраслиНаучной новизной исследования является выявление критериев сравнения СЭД, проведение сравнительного анализа методом ELECTRE для объекта строительной отрасли, а также определение пути оценки эффективности внедрения системы. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего развития исследования. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны.

Theme of the master's thesis: «Development of a corporate electronic document management platform based on the Korus Five system». The purpose of the research is automation of the company's document flow through the introduction of an optimal electronic document management system. The study was carried out on the basis of LLC Stroytrud. The subject of the thesis Document management of LLC StroytrudResearch methods: multicriteria analysis, the ELECTRE method, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of implementation by methods of technical and economic analysis. The main results of the study: - identified bottlenecks and problem areas in the company's activities; - identified and formulated requirements for the system; - a comparative analysis of electronic document management systems by the ELECTRE method was carried out; - the stages and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the electronic document management system are formulated; - the structure and composition of the corporate SED has been developed; - identified and proposed ways and prospects for the development of the system optimization of the enterprise through the introduction of an optimal electronic document management system. Scope of results is electronic document management system of construction industry enterprises. The scientific novelty of research is the application of the results of the work to identify the optimal electronic document management system, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of implementation for construction industry enterprises. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. Prospects and directions for further development of the study are grounded. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty.
