В данной работе раскрыты понятия «конституционно-правового статуса» и законодательно закрепленного принципа единства статуса судей. Рассмотрены требований, которые предъявляет к кандидатам в судьи и действующим судьям Конституция и законодательство, а также установленных ограничений и запретов. Изучены гарантия, которые предоставлены судье Конституцией и выражены в трех базовых принципах: независимости, несменяемости и неприкосновенности, а также рассмотрения форм ответственности судьи и порядка его привлечения к ней.

In this work, the concepts of «constitutional and legal status» and the legislatively fixed principle of unity of the status of judges are revealed. The requirements that the Constitution and legislation impose on candidates for judges and current judges, as well as the established restrictions and prohibitions, are considered. The guarantees provided to the judge by the Constitution are studied and expressed in three basic principles: independence, irremovability and inviolability, as well as consideration of the forms of responsibility of the judge and the procedure for bringing him to her.
