Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка надёжности строительной организации для инвестиционно-строительного проекта». Данная работа посвящена разработке методики оценки надёжности строительной организации на основании сформированной системы показателей, характеризующих деятельность компании. Задачи, которые решались в ходе проведения исследования: Анализ существующих методик в области оценки инвестиционно-строительных проектов и надёжности строительной организации; Формирование собственной системы критериев для оценки надёжности строительной организации; Разработка аналитической методики для оценки инвестором строительной компании с точки зрения ее надёжного функционирования; Разработка математической модели обоснования надёжности строительной организации на основании сформированной системы критериев; Реализация разработанной методики на практическом примере. В результате проведенного исследования была разработана и практически реализована методика обоснования оценки надёжности строительной организации. Анализ результатов ее применения свидетельствует о хорошей практической значимости предложенного подхода к оценке надёжности компании.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is "Assessment of the reliability of a construction organization for an investment and construction project". The given work is devoted to the methodology for developing a reliable organization based on the constructed system of indicators that are characteristic of the company's activities. The research set the following goals: Analysis of current procedures in the field of evaluation of investment and construction projects and the reliability of a construction organization; Formation of its own reception system for assessing the reliability of a construction organization; Development of an analytical methodology for the investor to evaluate a construction company in terms of its reliable functioning; Development of a mathematical model for substantiating the reliability of a construction organization based on the generated extraction system; Implementation of the developed methodology at the practical level. According to the research results, a methodology for applying the justification for assessing the reliability of a construction organization has been developed and implemented on a practical example. An analysis of the results of its application showed the high practical significance of the proposed approach to assessing the reliability of a company.
