Целью выпускной квалификационной работы «Проект промышленно-отопительной теплоэлектроцентраль (ТЭЦ) для ОАО «Ульяновский сахарный завод» является проектирование промышленно-отопительной ТЭЦ, которая снабжает тепловой и электрической энергией «Ульяновский сахарный завод» и близлежащие районы города Цильна Ульяновской области. Решаемые задачи: 1. Расчет тепловых нагрузок промышленных и коммунально-бытовых потребителей. 2. Выбор и описание основного и вспомогательного оборудования. 3. Разработка и расчет тепловой схемы ТЭЦ. 4. Разработка генерального плана ТЭЦ и компоновок главного корпуса. 5. Разработка систем обеспечения работы станции. 6. Расчет годовых показателей ТЭЦ. В результате выполнения работы были представлены тепловая схема, генеральный план и компоновка главного корпуса ТЭЦ, соответствующие рекомендациям на проектирование. Было подобрано основное и вспомогательное оборудование в соответствии с рассчитанными нагрузками промышленного предприятия и нуждами коммунально-бытовых потребителей. Расчеты произведены с помощью программы Excel, графическая часть выполнена в программе КОМПАС. Результаты выпускной квалификационной работы могут быть использованы любым конструкторским бюро при проектировании ТЭЦ для ОАО «Ульяновский сахарный завод».

The aim of the graduate qualification work "Industrial heating co-generation plant project for cogeneration plant (JSC) "Ulyanovsk sugar refinery" is to design an industrial heating co-generation plant, which supplies "Ulyanovsk sugar refinery" and the neighbouring districts of the town of Tsilna of Ulyanovsk region with heat and electric energy. Tasks to be solved: 1. Calculation of heat loads of industrial and residential consumers. 2. The choice and description of the main and auxiliary equipment. 3. Development and calculation of the heat scheme of the CHPP. 4. Development of the CHP master plan and layout of the main building. 5. Development of plant operation support systems. 6. Calculation of the annual performance of the CHPP. As a result of the work, the heat scheme, master plan and layout of the main building of the CHPP, corresponding to the recommendations for design. Main and auxiliary equipment has been selected according to the calculated loads of an industrial enterprise and the needs of municipal consumers. Calculations were made using the program Excel, graphic part is made in the program KOMPAS. The results of the graduate qualification work can be used by any design bureau in the design of cogeneration plant for JSC "Ulyanovsk sugar factory".
