Объектом исследования является страховое акционерное общество «РЕСО-Гарантия». Предметом исследования является финансовые ресурсы и пути совершенствования управления финансовыми ресурсами САО «РЕСО-Гарантия». Целью исследования является анализ управления финансовыми ресурсами страховой организации и разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: - изучить понятие и виды финансовых ресурсов, классификации и принципы эффективного управления финансовыми ресурсами. - изучить особенности эффективности управления финансовыми ресурсами предприятия и методы оценки. - провести анализ основных финансово-экономических показателей САО «РЕСО Гарантия». - провести анализ управления и оценку эффективности управления финансовыми ресурсами в САО «РЕСО Гарантия». - разработать мероприятия по совершенствованию управления финансовыми ресурсами в САО «РЕСО Гарантия» и оценить эффективность предложенных мероприятий. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью совершенствования управления финансовыми ресурсами предприятия. Работа выполнялась в страховом акционерном обществе «РЕСО-Гарантия». Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов.В работе предложена система управления финансовыми ресурсами в САО «РЕСО Гарантия», повышающая эффективность деятельности организации. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы поисковые системы такие как Яндекс и Google. При обработке данных использовалась программа Excel.

During the research, the following tasks were solved: - to study the concept and types of financial resources, classifications and principles of effective management of financial resources. - to study the features of the effectiveness of the management of financial resources of the enterprise and methods of evaluation. - to analyze the main financial and economic indicators of the CAO “RESO Guarantee”. - to conduct a management analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of financial resources management in the CAO “RESO Guarantee”. - develop measures to improve the management of financial resources in the CAO "RESO Guarantee" and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the management of financial resources of the enterprise. The work was carried out in the insurance joint stock company “RESO-Guarantee”. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources. The paper proposes a financial resource management system in the CAO “RESO Guarantee”, which increases the efficiency of the organizations activities. When collecting the data necessary to do the work were used search engines such as Yandex and Google. The Excel program was used for data processing.
