Целью исследования является разработка направлений повышения конкурентоспособности за счет внедрения технологических инноваций. Исследование проводилось на базе Erlang Northwest. Предмет исследования: разработка стратегии внедрения технологических инноваций в энергетике. Основные результаты исследования: – изучение теоретических аспектов конкурентоспособности; – анализ электроэнергетической отрасли Российской Федерации; – стратегии развития электроэнергетики Российской Федерации; — анализ технико-экономических показателей компании, а также ее конкурентоспособности; – анализ существующих технологических инноваций в энергетическом секторе; – разработка стратегии внедрения технологических инноваций в энергетической сфере. Научная новизна исследования заключается в создании стратегии внедрения технологических инноваций. Выводы. В работе было осуществлено успешное внедрение технологических инноваций, что значительно повысило конкурентоспособность предприятия. Эти инновации должны быть внедрены в российскую энергетику всем обществом, поскольку эти меры повысят уровень развития энергетики нашей страны.

The aim of the study is to develop directions for improving competitiveness through the introduction of technological innovations. The study was carried out on the basis of Erlang Northwest. Research subject: development of strategies for the introduction of technological innovations in the energy sector.. The main results of the study: – study of theoretical aspects of competitiveness; – analysis of the electric power industry of the Russian Federation; – strategies for the development of the electric power industry of the Russian Federation; – analysis of the technical and economic indicators of the company, as well as its competitiveness; – analysis of existing technological innovations in the energy sector; – development of a strategy for the introduction of technological innovations in the energy sector. The scientific novelty of the study is creating a strategy for the introduction of technological innovations.. Conclusions. The successful implementation of technological innovations was carried out in the work, which significantly increased the competitiveness of the enterprise. These innovations should be introduced into the Russian energy sphere of the whole society, since these measures will increase the level of development of the energy sector of our country.
