Целью исследования является разработка направлений повышения конкурентоспособности за счет внедрения нейронной сети. Исследование проводилось на базе Консу. Предмет исследования: разработка стратегии внедрения технологических инноваций в сфере финансового консалтинга. Основные результаты исследования: – изучение теоретических аспектов конкурентоспособности; – анализ отрасли финансового консалтинга Российской Федерации; – стратегии развития сектора финансового консалтинга Российской Федерации; — анализ экономических показателей компании, а также ее конкурентоспособности; – анализ существующих технологических инноваций в секторе финансового консалтинга; – разработка стратегии внедрения технологических инноваций в энергетической сфере. Научная новизна исследования заключается в создании стратегии внедрения нейросетевых технологий. Выводы. В работе было осуществлено успешное внедрение технологических инноваций, что значительно повысило конкурентоспособность предприятия. Эти инновации должны быть внедрены в российскую экономическую сферу всего общества, поскольку эти меры повысят уровень развития сектора финансового консалтинга нашей страны.

The aim of the study is to develop directions for improving competitiveness through the introduction of neural network. The study was carried out on the basis of Konsu. Research subject: development of strategies for the introduction of technological innovations in the field of the financial consulting sector. The main results of the study: – study of theoretical aspects of competitiveness; – analysis of the financial consulting industry of the Russian Federation; – strategies for the development of the financial consulting sector of the Russian Federation; – analysis of the economic indicators of the company, as well as its competitiveness; – analysis of existing technological innovations in the financial consulting sector; – development of a strategy for the introduction of technological innovations in the energy sector. The scientific novelty of the study is creating a strategy for the introduction of neural network technologies. Conclusions. The successful implementation of technological innovations was carried out in the work, which significantly increased the competitiveness of the enterprise. These innovations should be introduced into the Russian economical sphere of the whole society, since these measures will increase the level of development of the financial consulting sector of our country.
