Целью диссертационной работы является разработка и обоснование внедрения подхода экономической оценки для выбора наиболее оптимальных параметров проекта при котором будет достигаться его максимальная экономическая эффективность. Для достижения заявленной цели необходимо реализовать следующие задачи: 1. Определить основные теоретические основы горно-рудной промышленности 2. Изучить существующие принципы и подходы к подсчету запасов в действующем законодательстве и при динамических кондициях. 3. Изучить принципы постановки запасов на государственный баланс в рамках действующего законодательства. 4. Провести анализ современного состояния и перспектив развития минерально-сырьевого золоторудного комплекса мирового рынка и рынка Российской федерации. 5. Выполнить анализ отраслевой ситуации макрофакторов. 6. Выполнить анализ консенсус-прогнозов цены на рынке золота. 7. Выполнить оценку экономической эффективности проекта с учетом вариативности рассматриваемых бортовых кондиций. 8. Выполнить сравнительный анализ основных технико-экономических показателей рассматриваемых вариантов кондиций. 9. Определить эффективность использования динамических кондиций при экономической оценке проекта. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью изменениями законодательства в плане постановки запасов на баланс. В рыночных условиях цены на металлы могут меняться в зависимости от множества факторов. Цена может увеличиваться и снижаться. Но, утвержденная горная программа, которая подразумевает план отработки месторождения с жестко закрепленными показателями руды изменится не может. И в момент повышения стоимости металла на бирже, добывающая компания не может привлекать в свое производство руду с содержанием меньше заявленного в горной программе. Также, обращая внимание на сегодняшнюю экономической ситуацию и переориентированием отечественных компаний на режим более тщательного контроля денежных средств и получения максимальной прибыли, актуален вопрос об оперативности принятия решения в вовлечении руд, которые не были предусмотрены утвержденной горной программой. Данное решение позволит не только частным лицам, но и государству получать дополнительную прибыль, которая ранее не была предусмотрена горной программой. Объектом исследования является предприятия горно-добывающего сектора, которые разрабатывают и эксплуатируют месторождения. Предметом исследования является экономическая эффективность организации производства добычи руды с использованием показателей динамических кондиций. Методы исследования: для решения поставленных задач использовались методы анализа, прогнозирования и моделирования. Научная новизна работы состоит в том, что в данный момент компании добывающей отрасли строго зависимы от утвержденной горной программы отработки месторождения. В моей работе будет предложен альтернативный подход к экономической оценке параметров проекта с использованием показателя динамических кондиций. Использование и внедрение подхода позволит использовать определенный тип руды учитывая экономическую ситуацию на рынке сырья. Практическое значение работы. Результаты работы можно применять при обосновании целесообразности использования динамических кондиций при ведении горно-добывающей деятельности. Источниками информации выступают данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Оценка экономической эффективности проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel). В результате работы будет определена экономическая эффективность предлагаемого подхода формирования параметров проекта и выполнен сравнительный анализ с существующим.

Perform an assessment of economic efficiency taking into account the variability of the considered onboard conditions. 8. Perform a comparative analysis of the main technical and economic indicators of the considered air condition options. 9. Determine the effectiveness of using driving conditions in the economic assessment of the project. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to make changes to the plan for the formation of reserves on the balance sheet. In market conditions, metal prices may change depending on distribution factors. The price may go down and down. But the approved mining program, which presupposes a plan for the development of deposits with strictly fixed ore indicators, cannot change. And when the price of the metal on the stock exchange increases, the mining company cannot offer its production of ore with a decrease in the amount stated in the mining program. Also, paying attention to the current economic situation and the reorientation of domestic companies to a regime of more careful control of funds and high incomes, the issue of the efficiency of decision-making in the processing of ores that were not provided for by the approved mining program is relevant. This decision will allow not only individuals, but also the state to receive additional profits that were not previously provided for by the mining program. The object of the study is a mining sector enterprise that develops and produces deposits. The subject of the study is the economic efficiency of gold ore production using indicators of the driving conditions of the organization. Research methods: methods of analysis, forecasting and modeling are used to solve the problems. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that at the moment mining companies are strictly dependent on the approved mining program for field development. My work will propose an alternative approach to the economic parameters of the project using an indicator of incentive conditions. Use and implementation will allow the use of ores of the current type, taking into account the economic situation on the market. Practical significance of the work. The results of the work can be used to justify the use of incentive conditions in mining activities. Sources of information include data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, Internet resources and analytical agencies. As a result of the work, the economic efficiency of the proposed choice in the formation of project parameters will be determined and a comparative analysis with existing ones will be carried out.
