Annotation

The Tutorial is devoted to the Methodology of ensuring the Safety of the Object on Monitoring and Expertise Basis. The Methodology is based on the system integration of Safety Ensuring Processes (Problem Manifestation, Problem Identification, Problem Neutralization). Within the framework of this Methodology, the modeling of complex technical systems is considered while ensuring a balanced unity of the laws of the technical systems functioning, the basic laws of the world order within the framework of a single approach to the universal formalized criterion defining the system. The Tutorial is intended for the teaching students in the training field 20.04.01 “Technosphere safety” (master's degree level). The reported study was funded by RFBR, project number 20-38-90225.
