The task of choosing the site for new constructions comes from early prehistoric times when man has determined the best location in which to site a place to dwell, for hunting food, harvesting natural resources, and so on. Collecting spatial data and capturing its geographical position is an important task. The major function of geographical information systems (GIS) is to provide a means to collect, store, map, and analyze such spatial data. The main goal of the thesis is to create the general algorithm of choosing the site location for any construction in accomplish with versatile analysis of different factors such as land properties, demographic situation, climate and ecological issues, costs' aspects and other.
