Темой данной выпускной квалификационной работы является - «Специальный фрезерный станок: модернизация системы приводов». В конструкторской части произведено описание устройства и технические характеристика, как станка базовой компоновки, так и модернизируемого станка. Даны понятия о приводе. Представлены описания основных узлов и механизмов модернизируемого станка. Приведен расчет шпинделя станка на жесткость с выбором опор качения. Представлен расчет шпинделя на виброустойчивость. В технологической части представлены расчеты режимов резания на механическую обработку коллекторной пластины, на модернизированном станке.

Theme of the given final qualifying work is - " the Special milling machine tool: modernization of system of drives ". In a design part the description of the device and technical characteristic, both machine tool of base configuration, and modernized machine tool is made. The concepts about a drive are given. The descriptions of the basic units and mechanisms of the modernized machine tool are submitted. The account of a spindle of the machine tool on rigidity with a choice of support is given. The account of a spindle on vibration resistance is submitted. In a technological part the accounts of modes of cutting on machining of a collector plate, on the modernized machine tool are submitted.
