Методом дифракции рентгеновского излучения проведено исследование температурной эволюции структуры KNO[3] при нагреве и охлаждении в сегнетоэлектрических композитах (1-x)KNO[3] + (x)BaTiO[3] при x=0,25 и 0,50. Выявлено расширение температурного интервала существования сегнетоэлектрической фазы KNO[3].
By the method of diffraction of x-rays a study of the temperature evolution of the structure of KNO[3] during heating and cooling in ferroelectric composites (1-x)KNO[3] + (x)BaTiO[3] with x=0.25 and 0.50. Identified the extension of the temperature interval of existence of the ferroelectric phase of the KNO[3].
