Масштабность подготовки современных менеджеров в системе высшего образования ещё далеко не означает её методологическое совершенство. Несмотря на наличие государственных образовательных стандартов, содержательная подготовка менеджеров в каждом отдельно взятом вузе имеет свою специфику. Это обусловлено существованием и параллельным использованием различных теоретических концепций менеджмента, с одной стороны, и естественной приверженностью вузовских преподавателей к той или иной из них – с другой. Существует настоятельная необходимость в поиске удобной модели менеджмента для целостного представления необходимого учебного материала, его удобной подачи студенческой аудитории и обеспечения полномасштабного освоения. В настоящей статье в качестве такой модели предлагается функциональная модель менеджмента. Она отличается относительной простотой, естественной логичностью построения и высокой практичностью использования. Легкость адаптации модели к любой сфере профессиональной человеческой деятельности делает её практически универсальной и пригодной для выстраивания учебных планов подготовки менеджеров в самых разных прикладных областях.
Huge volume of teaching modern managers in the system of higher education doesn't mean its methodological perfection. Inspite of established state educational standards, contents of managers' teaching in each certain university have their specifics. The reasons for this are, on one hand, different theoretical managerial conceptions developing and being used. And on the other hand – natural willingness of university lecturers to one or another among them. There is actual necessity to create ergonomic model of management. It is demanded for complex presentation of necessary studying material, easy translating this material to the students’ audience and providing the process of studying in wider limits. In the present article we offer the positional model of management in this role. Its features are: relative simpleness, natural logic of the structure and high practical usefulness. Easy adaptation of this model to each sphere of human professional activities makes it nearly universal and perfect for being used in studying plans of managers in different practical areas.
