В пособии рассматриваются многие темы применительно к актуальным вопросам, связанным с управлением развития территорий, а также инфраструктурой города (на примере Санкт-Петербурга) и муниципальных образований. В первую очередь предлагаемый материал ориентирован на формирование компетенций, направленных на получение теоретических и практических знаний студентов, а также на выработку навыков управленческих решений при постановке конкретных задач по проблемам развития территорий. Материал пособия представлен в виде специальной тетради, которая должна постепенно заполняться по мере чтения лекций, их усвоения и использоваться на практических занятиях. Пособие предназначено для студентов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки 38.03.04 и 38.04.04 «Государственное и муниципальное управление».
