Анализ менеджмент-аспектов применения инструментов управления цифровой трансформацией нацелен на повышение эффективности их применения, развитие этих инструментов в едином русле с общими тенденциями развития современных концепций управления в цифровую эпоху. В задачи входит определение преимуществ цифрового паспорта и определение потенциала развития инструмента, менеджмент-аспектов его применения и общего места в процессе управления цифровой трансформацией. Цифровой паспорт, включающий оценку уровня цифровизации ключевых бизнес-процессов, может стать эффективным инструментом при формировании стратегии цифровой трансформации и мониторинге ее исполнения.
An analysis of the management aspects of the use of digital transformation management tools is aimed at increasing the efficiency of their use, developing these tools in line with the general trends in the development of modern management concepts in the digital era. The tasks include determining the advantages of a digital passport and determining the development potential of the tool, the management aspects of its application and a common place in the process of managing digital transformation. As a result of the study, it was determined that the digital passport covers all the main and auxiliary business processes of the organization and is an effective tool in managing the digital transformation process.
