Учебное пособие предназначено для магистрантов-иностранцев, обучающихся по магистерским программам 41.03.01 «Зарубежное регионоведение» и 41.03.05 «Международные отношения». Учебные материалы и методические рекомендации по дисциплине «Арктическая политика России» призваны дать студентам представление об основах формирования современной арктической политики России, ее основных компонентах, направлениях, а также актуальных проблемах развития Арктической зоны Российской Федерации (АЗРФ). Учебное пособие будет интересно не только студентам-международникам, но и политологам, социологам, историкам, а также всем тем, кто интересуется арктической политикой России и развитием Арктики в целом.
This textbook is for undergraduates in Master’s programs in 41.03.01 «Foreign Regional Studies» and 41.03.05 «International relations». Presented teaching materials and methodological recommendations on the discipline ‘Arctic policy of Russia’ are intended to give students the basics of formation of modern Arctic policy of Russia, its main components, directions, as well as topical problems of development of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). This textbook will be of interest not only to international students, but also to political scholars, sociologists, historians, as well as to all those who are interested in the Arctic policy of Russia and the development of the Arctic in general.
