Представление концептуальной модели процессов предпродажной подготовки техники, а также рекомендации по их оптимизации является важной задачей для крупных парков грузовой и строительной техники. Для повышения производительности и улучшения взаимодействия между отделами компании и сторонними организациями, в процессе предпродажной подготовки техники рекомендовано внедрение современных информационных технологий. Целью данного исследования является формирование концептуальной модели процессов предпродажной подготовки техники и рекомендации по их оптимизации. Объект исследования – процесс предпродажной подготовки техники. Предмет исследования – концептуальные положения по процессам и рекомендации по их оптимизации. Методологической базой исследования выступают методы анализа и синтеза. Определены функции отдела предпродажной подготовки и его взаимодействие с другими отделами компании (службой технического обслуживания и отделом продаж), а также подрядными организациями, занимающимися ремонтом и обслуживанием техники. Сформирована схема процессов предпродажной подготовки техники «as is» и схема процессов отражающая взаимодействие между отделом предпродажной подготовки техники и службой технического обслуживания в нотации BPMN. Даны рекомендации по схеме процессов предпродажной подготовки техники «to be», а также предложена концептуальная модель единой информационной платформы.
The presentation of a conceptual model for pre-sales preparation processes of equipment, as well as recommendations for their optimization, is an important task for large fleets of trucks and construction machinery. To increase productivity and improve interaction between company departments and external organizations during the pre-sale preparation process, it is recommended to implement modern information technologies. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model for the pre-sales preparation processes of equipment and provide recommendations for optimizing them. The object of research is the process of pre-sales preparation of equipment. The subject of the research is the conceptual provisions regarding these processes and recommendations for their optimization. The methodological basis of the study consists of analysis and synthesis methods. The functions of the pre-sales preparation department have been defined, along with its interactions with other company departments (the technical service department and sales department), as well as with subcontractors involved in repairing and maintaining the equipment. A scheme of the “as-is” presales preparation processes has been developed, as well as a scheme reflecting the interaction between the pre-sales preparation department and the technical service department using BPMN notation. Recommendations have been provided for the “to-be” pre-sales preparation process scheme, and a conceptual model for a unified information platform has also been proposed.
