В статье рассматривается актуальная задача формализации полного математического обеспечения такого социального явления, как сознание. Определяются математические величины информациала когнитома при когнитомно-интеллектуальных преобразованиях, которые выражаются в спектральной эффективности эффективных результативных действий интеллекта, индукции когнитома, проницательности когнитома и напряженности когнитома. Осуществляется задача материализации системы уравнений информационного поля организма – наделения физическим смыслом математических величин информациала когнитома. Обоснованно вводятся единицы измерения физических величин информациала когнитома при когнитомно-интеллектуальных преобразованиях. Установлено, что изменение информациора когнитома должно измеряться в единицах символьной скорости (бод). Показано, что информациал когнитома функционирует и как электрический, так и другой когнитивный механизм одновременного воздействия на клетки организма. Выяснено, что искомый когнитивный механизм порождает управляющий информационный сигнал, который должен распространяться мгновенно по всему объёму когнитома, вызывая мгновенную реакцию интеллекта.
The article considers the urgent task of formalizing the complete mathematical support of such a social phenomenon as consciousness. Mathematical quantities at the informatsiala of the cognitome are determined during cognitome-intellectual transformations, which are expressed in the spectral efficiency of the effective actions of the intellect, the induction of the cognitome, the perspicacity of the cognitome and the strenuousness of the cognitome. The problem of materializing the system of equations of the informational field of the organism is solved – endowing the mathematical quantities of the informational field of the cognitome with physical meaning. Units of measurement of physical quantities the informatsiala of the cognitome are justifiably introduced during cognitome-intellectual transformations. It has been established that the change in the informartcior of cognitome should be measured in units of symbol rate (baud). It is shown that the informatsial of the cognitome functions both as an electrical and another cognitive mechanism of simultaneous action on the body's cells. It was found that the sought-after cognitive mechanism generates a control information signal that should spread instantly throughout the entire volume of the cognitome, causing an instant reaction of the intellect.
