В статье рассматривается методика подготовки тренеров в молодежной организации «Адаптеры» СПбПУ Петра Великого, направленная на адаптацию первокурсников к университетской среде. Главной проблемой является отсутствие формализованной системы оценки полезности учебных материалов. Предлагается комбинированный подход, включающий метод экспертных оценок и информационный анализ, для расчета значимости лекций с учетом их взаимного влияния. Суть работы заключается в применении формализованного подхода для оптимизации учебного процесса, что позволяет повысить качество подготовки Адаптеров.
The article discusses the methodology for training trainers in the youth organization “Adapters” at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, aimed at adapting first-year students to the university environment. The main problem lies in the lack of a formalized system for evaluating the effectiveness of educational materials. A combined approach is proposed, including the method of expert assessments and information analysis, to calculate the significance of lectures taking into account their mutual influence. The novelty of the work lies in the application of a formalized approach to optimize the educational process, which allows improving the quality of training for Adapters.
