Пакет присадок «Росойл-П4», разработанный в лабораториях АО «Хозрасчётный творческий центр уфимского авиационного института» (АО «ХТЦ УАИ»), предназначен для повышения триботехнических характеристик смазочных материалов. В данной работе представлены исследование по влиянию пакета присадок «Росойл-П4» на пенетрацию, температуру каплепадения, коллоидную стабильность, противозадирные и противоизносные свойства литиевой смазки «Литол-24». Результаты исследований показали, что введение пакета присадки «Росойл–П4» в «Литол24» до 10% не влияет на значение пенетрации. При этом нагрузка сваривания и диаметр пятна износа, определяемые по ГОСТ 9490, литиевой смазки «Литол-24» повышаются на 78% и на 22% соответственно. Наименьший износ наблюдался при 5% содержании пакета присадок «Росойл–П4» в литиевой смазке «Литол-24».
The Rosoil-P4 additive package, developed in the laboratories of the Selfsupporting creative center of the Ufa Aviation Institute, is designed to improve the tribotechnical characteristics of lubricants. This paper presents a study on the effect of the Rosoil-P4 additive package on the penetration, pour point, colloidal stability, and anti-skid and anti-wear properties of the lithium grease Litol-24. The results of the studies showed that adding the Rosoil-P4 additive package to Litol-24 up to 10% does not affect the penetration and pour point values. At the same time, the welding load and the wear spot diameter, determined according to GOST 9490, of the lithium grease Litol-24, increased by 78% and 22%, respectively. The lowest wear was observed when the Rosoil-P4 additive package was 5% in the lithium grease Litol-24.
