В целях выбора оптимальных форм сотрудничества публичной власти и частного сектора в рамках реализации инфраструктурных проектов проведен анализ мирового и отечественного опыта применения механизма государственно-частного партнерства. Мировой опыт реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства свидетельствует о вовлеченности в процесс всех уровней государственной власти, координация которых в ряде стран осуществляется специально ориентированными ведомствами. В России тенденции развития партнерства позволяют определить наиболее перспективные для применения такого механизма отрасли, в том числе выделить направления организационного и нормативно-правового регулирования, которые требуют дальнейшей проработки.

In order to select the optimal forms of cooperation between public authorities and the private sector in the framework of the implementation of infrastructure projects the analysis of world and domestic experience of applying the mechanism of public-private partnerships. World experience of implementation of public-private partnership demonstrates the engagement of all levels of government, coordination which in some countries is specifically oriented departments.
