Исследование позволяет установить границы цифровой модели банковского обслуживания, выделить ее характерные черты и особенности функционирования, углубить понимание субъектами банковской системы особенностей современного развития сферы банковского обслуживания. Представленные материалы могут служить теоретической базой для идентификации и ориентации уровня развития банковского обслуживания, что способствует координации кредитных организаций и банковских систем стран мира, направленной на повышение конкурентоспособности и эффективности их деятельности в условиях воздействия процессов цифровизации на трансформацию банковского обслуживания. Результаты исследования могут служить основой для формирования методик оценки уровня развития банковского обслуживания и предпосылкой для прогнозирования перспектив дальнейшего совершенствования сферы банковского обслуживания в целях осуществления планомерного развития банковской деятельности.
The study allows to establish the boundaries of the digital banking model, to allocate its characteristic features and peculiarities of functioning. The materials presented in this article should allow the subjects of the banking system to gain a better understanding of the specifics of the development of the modern banking system, and can also serve as a theoretical basis for identification and orientation of the development level of banking services. It promotes coordination of credit institutions and banking systems of the countries of the world aimed at improving the competitiveness and efficiency of their activities in terms of the impact of digitalization on the processes of transformation of banking services. The results of the study can also be the basis for the formation of techniques designed to assess the level of development of banking services and are also a prerequisite for predicting the prospects of further improvement of banking services in order to implement the planned development of banking activities.
