Рассмотрены вопросы устойчивого развития электроэнергетической отрасли Российской Федерации, особое внимание уделено социальной сфере деятельности организаций электроэнергетики. Проанализированы динамика изменения численности занятых, принятых и выбывших работников, созданных и ликвидированных рабочих мест, среднемесячная номинальная заработная плата в отрасли, а также количество работников, занятых во вредных условиях труда. Проведен анализ устойчивого развития в социальной сфере пяти крупнейших электроэнергетических компаний страны по разработанной системе индикаторов. Представлена совокупность показателей, отражающих уровень социального развития организации в соответствии с его направлениями, которая может быть использована в системе социального контроллинга. Предпринята попытка сформировать систему показателей оценки социальной устойчивости, основанную на группе факторов, отражающих удовлетворенность работников и их социальную обеспеченность.
Discussed issues of sustainable development electric power industry of the Russian Federation, special attention is given to the social sector activities of organizations. Analyzed the dynamics of changes in employment, adopted and retired employees, created and eliminated jobs, the average monthly nominal wage in the industry, and the number of workers employed in harmful working conditions. The analysis of sustainable development in the social sphere of the five largest energy companies in the country by the developed system of indicators. Presents set of indicators that reflect the level of social development of the organization in accordance with its directions, which can be used in the system of social controlling. An attempt was made to establish a system of indicators to assess social sustainability, based on group of factors, reflecting the satisfaction of employees and their social security.
