The questions of the influence of "big data" on the decision-making process are considered. Approaches to definition of concept "big data" are investigated, the structure of this concept including methods of collecting, storage, access of data, mathematical methods of the analysis, the revealed hidden regularities and rules of their use is revealed. The influence of "big data" on the decision-making process is investigated, the models allowing to consider these features are considered. The use of "big data" in the organization leads to significant changes in different areas of activity. It is shown that "big data" creates a new paradigm of data analysis, changing the fundamental principles of data collection, storage, processing and transmission. Such significant, paradigm shifts affect many of the core processes of focused, organized action, including decision-making. The issues of "big data" influence on investment, organizational decision-making and corporate culture are considered. It is shown that the construction of management models taking into account "big data" in all their versatility leads to the need to solve new problems: the definition of inclusiveness (accessibility by all participants of information activities) and flexibility (efficiency of use) of data.
