В учебном пособии рассмотрены вопросы международно-правового регулирования труда: регламентация трудовых отношений, связанных с применением наемного труда, улучшением его условий, охраной труда, защитой индивидуальных и коллективных интересов работников на основе международных соглашений государств. Рассмотрены определенные стандарты труда, принятые ООН и Международной организацией труда (МОТ). Рассмотрены вопросы истории, состава и компонентов Международная организация труда (МОТ). Определены главные цели и задачи этой организации. В работе изложены также теоретические основы безопасности жизнедеятельности, положенные в основу международного законодательства о труде. Курс знакомит с Глобальной программой по безопасности и охране труда и окружающей среды. Приведен анализ основных Конвенций МОТ, в т.ч. необходимых для принятия в РФ. Рассмотрены вопросы современной Государственной политики РФ в области охраны труда. Дано знакомство с системы менеджмента профессиональной безопасности OHSAS и управлением рисками. Рассмотрены также стандарты электромагнитной безопасности SAR, российские и западные аналоги.

In the manual are considered the questions of international legal regulation of work such as a regulation of the labor relations connected with application of wage labor, improvement of its conditions, labor protection, protection of individual and collective interests of workers on the basis of the international agreements of the states. The certain standards of work accepted by the UN and the International Labour Organization (ILO) are provided. Questions of history, structure and the International Labour Organization (ILO) components are considered. Main goals and tasks of this organization are defined. The paper also describes the theoretical basics of life safety , underlying international labor legislation . The course introduces the Global Programme on Occupational Safety and Health and Environment . An analysis of the main ILO Conventions , including required for the adoption of the Russian Federation. Questions of a modern State policy of the Russian Federation in the field of labor protection are considered. Acquaintance from system of management of professional safety of OHSAS and risk management is given. Also standards of electromagnetic safety of SAR, the Russian and western analogs are considered.
