Целью исследования является оценка состояния товарных запасов на предприятии торговли и рассмотрение путей их нормализации. Объектом является торговое предприятие ООО «Санкт-Петербургский Дом Книги». В выпускной квалификационной работе была раскрыта экономическая сущность товарных запасов, их классификация, влияние товарных запасов на различные стороны хозяйственной деятельности торговых предприятий, проведена оценка состояния товарных запасов как в целом по торговому предприятию, так и по отдельным товарным группам, рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на оборачиваемость товарных запасов, намечены пути нормализации товарных запасов торгового предприятия, в том числе с помощью модификации системы управления товарными запасами.

The aim of the study is to assess the status of inventory at retail and consideration of ways of their normalization. The object is a commercial enterprise LLC " St. Petersburg House of Books." There has been disclosed the economic essence of inventory and their classification in the final qualifying work, the impact of inventories on various aspects of economic activities of commercial enterprises, assess the state of inventories in general, commercial enterprises, as well as for individual product groups, discussed the factors influencing turnover inventory, the ways of normalization of inventories of commercial enterprise, including by means of modifying the control system inventory.
