В Российской Федерации проблема охраны лесов обладает особой актуальностью, поскольку большая часть лесных ресурсов в нашей стране используется нерационально в силу экономических, социальных и иных условий, что приводит к ухудшению состояния лесного фонда и, как следствие, окружающей среды в целом. В настоящей выпускной квалификационной работе бакалавра рассматриваются понятие и принципы правовой охраны лесов, рассматриваются также такие разделы как правовой механизм охраны лесов и ответственность за нарушение лесного законодательства. В работе рассматриваются принципы охраны лесов в международном праве, также изучается развитие российского законодательства об охране лесов. Имеется анализ нормативно-правовых актов и судебной практики в рассматриваемой области, а также сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию действующего законодательства.

In the Russian Federation the problem of forest conservation has special relevance as the most part of forest resources in our country is used irrationally owing to economic, social and other conditions that leads to deterioration in a condition of forest fund and, as a result, the environment in general. In this final qualification work of the bachelor the concept and the principles of legal protection of the woods are considered, also such sections as a legal mechanism of forest conservation and responsibility for violation of the forest legislation are considered. In work the principles of forest conservation in international law are considered, development of the Russian legislation on forest conservation is also studied. There is an analysis of regulatory legal acts and court practice in the considered area, and also suggestions for improvement of the current legislation are formulated.
