В данной диссертации были отражены основные направления в развитии BIM технологий и сделаны выводы об экономической целесообразности внедрения принципов информационного моделирования в работе. Приведена история развития BIM как нового направления в проектировании с первых идей до понимания о необходимости ввода требований по BIM моделированию в России. В качестве примера BIM инструмента рассматривается структура программы Revit Structure. В диссертации описывается меню данного программного продукта и алгоритм создания информационной модели. Важной частью BIM моделирования является импорт информационной модели в расчетные комплексы. Проведен разбор нюансов импорта из BIM платформ в распространенные в странах СНГ программные комплексы. Анализируется экономическая эффективность внедрения BIM.

This thesis reflects the main directions in the development of BIM technology and draw conclusions about the economic feasibility of implementing the principles of information modeling. The dissertation shows the history of BIM as a new direction in the design from the very first ideas to the understanding of the need to input requirements for BIM modeling in Russia. The structure of Revit Structure software as an example of BIM tool is demonstrated. The thesis describes the menu of software and algorithm of creation of the information model. An important part of the BIM modeling is the import of the information model in finite element systems. This thesis analyzes the nuances of import from BIM platforms to FEM systems. Author analyze the cost-effectiveness of the implementation of BIM.
