Настоящая квалификационная магистерская работа посвящена проблемам диагностики и реконструкции элементов здания по адресу: Санкт-Петербург, ул. Глинки, 2. Техническая диагностика является важной задачей при обоснованных решений о постановке диагноза строительным конструкциям и зданию в целом. Программный продукт "ВАТС" реализует вероятностный метод оценки технического состояния зданий и сооружений, с его помощью производится статистическая обработка данных технического обследования элементов здания с целью присвоения объекту диагностирования наиболее вероятной категории технического состояния. Программный продукт "ВАТС" позволяет эффективно производить вероятностный анализ технического состояния строительной системы на основании статистической обработки результатов технического обследования. В работе представлены обоснования конструктивных решений, подробные расчеты по разгрузке существующих фундаментов, замене стропильной системы и устройству монолитного перекрытия двусветного зала. Проведенное исследование на примере существующего здания доказывает рациональность и удобство применения метода "ВАТС".

This qualification master's work is devoted to problems of diagnostics and reconstruction of the building elements in St. Petersburg, Glinka st. 2. Technical diagnostics is an important task for informed decisions about diagnosis of building structures and buildings in general. The software product "TSPA" implements the probabilistic method of estimation of buildings and structures technical condition. Due to this program, statistical processing is applied to technical inspection of the data building's elements to assign an object most likely diagnosis technical condition category. The software product "TSPA" allows you to efficiently produce a probabilistic analysis of the technical state of the system on the basis of statistical processing of the results of a technical examination. This article presents the study of constructive solutions, detailed calculations for the unloading of existing foundations, replacing the roof system and the device monolithic slab room two tiers of windows. The study, which was carried out on the existing building as example, proves the rationality and convenience of the method "TSPA".
