В данной выпускной квалификационной магистерской диссертации рассматривается понятие земель природоохранного назначения и земель в целом, понятие земель, источники правового регулирования земель природоохранного назначения. В судебной практике рассматривается раздел о проблемах правового режима земель природоохранного назначения и возможные изменения, и развития законодательства в данной сфере. В работе также исследуются особенности правового режима земель природоохранного назначения при рассмотрении таких разделов: 1) Соотношение земель природоохранного назначения и земель особо охраняемых территорий и объектов; 2) Особенности законодательного регулирования и право применения отношении земель природоохранного назначения.

In this final qualification master's thesis discusses the concept of lands intended for environmental purposes, and land in General, the concept of land, sources of legal regulation of lands intended for environmental purposes. In judicial practice is seen a section on the problems of legal regime of lands intended for environmental purposes and possible changes, and development of legislation in this area. The work also examines the peculiarities of legal regime of lands intended for environmental purposes in the consideration of such topics: 1) The Ratio of lands intended for environmental purposes and especially landprotected territories and objects; 2) Peculiarities of legislative regulation and law applicationrespect of the lands intended for environmental purposes.
