В данной выпускной квалификационной магистерской диссертации рассматривается характеристика Евразийского экономического союза как региональной международной интеграции; международные интеграционные объединения на постсоветском пространстве: юридический аспект; причины формирования и особенности развития Евразийского экономического союза как международного интеграционного объединения, преемственность евразийской интеграции, правовой статус Евразийского экономического союза как региональной экономической организации. В работе исследуется международно-правовые основы ЕАЭС и его правовой системы; формирование и развитие правовой базы интеграции государств-основателей ЕАЭС, договор об учреждении ЕАЭС как правовая основа евразийской интеграции; система и место правовых актов ЕАЭС в иерархии источников национального законодательства в странах- участницах. В работе рассматривается перспективы развития права ЕАЭС и разделяться на три раздела: 1) Развитие и совершенствование правового регулирования разрешения споров в рамках ЕАЭС; 2)Формирование эффективного правового механизма принятия решенийв ЕАЭС; 3) Имплементация положений международных договоров ЕАЭС в национальное законодательство стран-участниц.

In this final qualification master's dissertations focuses on the characteristics of the Eurasian economic Union as international regional integration; international Integra-tional enterprises in the post-Soviet space: legal as-pekt; causes of formation and peculiarities of development of the Eurasian eco-nomic Union as the international integration Association, the continuity of the Eurasian integration, the legal status of the Eurasian economic Union as a regional economic organization. The paper investigates the international legal framework of the EEU and its legal system; the formation and development of legal framework integration of the founding States of the EAEU the Treaty establishing the Eurasian economic Union as the legal basis of the Eurasian integration; system and the place of legal acts of the Eurasian economic Union in the hierarchy of XII sources of national legislation in the participating countries. This paper considers the prospects for the develop ment of the law of the EAEU and divided into three sections: 1) Development and improvement of the legal authorised Deposit regulationdisputes in the framework of the EAEU; 2) forming an effective legal mechanism for the adoption of resolutionsin the EEU; 3) Implementation of provisions of international treaties of the EAEU in Nazinational legislation of the participating countries.
