В работе был проведен анализ концепции системы сбалансированных показателей, определена ее роль в управлении предприятием в качестве инструмента стратегического менеджмента. Разработан план внедрения ССП для сети частных клиник ЗАО «МЕДСИ». Проведен анализ экономической и эффективности внедрения данной системы.
