Master's thesis is devoted to the creation of methods of efficient allocation of resources in the multi-level production systems through the identification of inefficient use of equipment. The paper reviewsexisting models of interaction of industrial facilities and the evolution of their development, and based on model of open integration Top Floor - to - Shop Floor a draft multi-level CAM is proposed. To support planning in industrial production system a resource allocation method is proposed. Developed planning tools are implemented on the example of the laboratory equipment control at Educational and Scientific Center"SPbPU-FESTO "Synergy", unit of St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University. As part of the analysis and assessment of requirements for the system, MES structure is designed to satisfy these requirements, as well as implemented as. NET Framework-based Windows-applications - scheduler of access to laboratory equipment and monitor of state of the resources of educational and scientific center "SPbPU-FESTO”.
