Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена инженерной подготовке территории коттеджного поселка «Находка», который располагается в Ленинградской области, в Всеволожском районе, СНТ Холмы. Целью работы является проектирование и реализация данного объекта строительства с учетом сложного комплекса мероприятий, обеспечивающих пригодность территории. Показаны решения основных задач по инженерной подготовке территории такие как: организация рельефа территории, организация отвода дождевых и талых вод в водосточную сеть, водопонижение уровня грунтовых вод.

Final qualification work is devoted to engineering training of the territory of the cottage settlement of "Nakhodka" which is located in the Leningrad region, in Vsevolozhsk the area, SNT Hills. The purpose of work is design and realization of this construction object taking into account a difficult complex of the actions providing suitability of the territory. Solutions of the main objectives on engineering training of the territory such as are shown: the organization of a relief of the territory, the organization of removal of rain and thawed snow in a water waste network, water lowering of the level of ground waters.
