В дипломной работе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты кредитования физических лиц, нормативно-правовое регулирование, а также современное состояние рынка розничного кредитования в России. Проводится финансово-экономический анализ состояния АО "ЮниКредит Банк", и анализ кредитного портфеля АО "ЮниКредит Банк", а также рассматривается практика кредитования. В заключении исследования даются рекомендации по совершенствованию практики кредитования в рассматриваемом банке.

The research paper deals with the theoretical aspects of crediting of physical persons, legal regulation, as well as the current state of the retail lending market in Russia. It conducts financial and economic analysis of JSC "UniCredit Bank", and the analysis of the loan portfolio of JSC "UniCredit Bank", and is considered lending practices. In conclusion, the study provides recommendations on improving lending practices in this bank.
