Дипломная работа посвящена исследованию сущности политики импортозамещения как экономического процесса, а также анализу мирового опыта реализации политики импортозамещения в Бразилии. Целью данной работы является изучение опыта реализации политики импортозамещения в Бразилии. Для выполнения поставленной цели были решены следующие задачи: изучить понятие и сущность экономического процесса импортозамещения, ознакомиться с этапами становления бразильской экономики и импортозамещающей политики и последствия ее проведения, исследовать Бразильский протекционизм на современном этапе, выявить проблемы, возникшие при проведении политики импортозамещения в Бразилии и пути их устранения на современном этапе, ознакомиться со стратегией импортозамещения в России на современном этапе и оценить возможность применения опыта импортозамещающей политики Бразилии в российской экономике. Объектом данной работы выступает экономический процесс "импортозамещение", предметом исследования является политика импортозамещения.

Thesis is devoted to the study of the essence of the policy of import substitution as an economic process, as well as the analysis of the world experience in implementing the policy of import substitution in Brazil. The aim of this work is to study the experience of the implementation of the import substitution policy in Brazil. To accomplish this goal the following tasks were: to study the concept and essence of the economic process of import substitution, to get acquainted with the stages of the formation of the Brazilian economy and import substitution policies and the consequences of its conduct, to investigate Brazilian protectionism at the present stage, to identify the problems encountered during the import substitution policy in Brazil and the way their elimination at the present stage, to get acquainted with the import substitution strategy in Russia at the present stage and to evaluate the possibility of using the experience of the Brazilian import substitution policy in the Russian economy. The object of this work serves the economic process of "import substitution", the subject of study is the policy of import substitution.
