Techniques of tone air audiometry and pause detection were studied. Results of audiograms and pause detection tests were obtained for nine subjects. The technique posturography mastered. Stabilograms for a group of 9 healthy adult subjects were recorded. According stabilograms in the sagittal plane it was determined the length of the trajectory of the center of pressure (COP) variation and shift COP before, during, and after listening to the sound records of human steps. According to the parameters posture reactions to biological movement during and after stimulation revealed. In the case of moving steps observed increasing the length of the trajectory of COP during and after stimulation compared to the length received before stimulation. The length the trajectory of COP increases only after listening steps-in place. The listening to all types of second half of stereo records caused the COP displacement to back direction in comparison with the reaction to the first part. The aftereffect of the sound source movement is to substantially increase the body sway after sound stimulation, which is reflected in a rising the length of the of the trajectory of COP.
