Место строительства - дачный участок в поселке Приютино, СНТ «Дубок» во Всеволожском районе Ленинградской области.На участке наблюдается высокий уровень грунтовых вод. В данной работе разработана дренажная система, обеспечивающая понижение грунтовых вод и защиту участка от подтопления, а также система отведения сточных вод из жилого дома. Разработан ситуационный план и генеральный план территории; выполнены расчеты дренажной системы (определены междренные расстояния, глубина заложения дрен, плановое положение осушительной сети и гидравлический расчет коллектора); подобраны локальные очистные сооружения, осуществлены расчеты, учитывающие уклон трубопровода, вид труб, способ прокладки, также предусмотрен выбор места для установки труб и сантехнических приборов; выполнен сметный расчет.
