В первой главе дано описание товара как продукта потребления и технико-экономические характеристики продукта, описан жизненный цикл товара. Во второй, третьей и четвертой главах дан подробный анализ рынка, на основе которого составлен маркетинговый план и операционный план. Результатом операционного плана стала организационная структура предприятия и производственный план, выбрана форма организации производства. Шестая глава посвящена разработке финансового плана предприятия. Итогом шестой главы стала оценка экономической эффективности бизнес-плана с применением компьютерной программы. Результаты проведенных расчетов бизнес-плана малого предприятия по производству пенобетонных блоков дают основание сделать вывод о целесообразности предложенного бизнес-плана.

The sixth chapter is devoted to the development of the financial plan of the enterprise. The result of the sixth chapter was to assess the cost-effectiveness of the business plan with the use of a computer program. The results of the calculations of small enterprise business plan for the production of aerated concrete blocks provide a basis to conclude that the feasibility of the proposed business plan.
