Объектом исследования в данной работе является производственный холдинг «ЛЕНПОЛИГРАФМАШ». Цель работы - изучить организацию, планирование и пути совершенствования материально-технического обеспечения производства на примере ОАО «Ленполиграфмаш». В соответствии с указанной целью в работе были поставлены и решены следующие задачи: - изучить понятия и сущности материально-технического обеспечения предприятия; - рассмотреть методы и способы планирования потребности в материальных ресурсах; - изучить порядок расчетов запасов материальных ресурсов и методики; - рассчитать план инвестиций.
The object of research in this degree paper is industrial holding "LENPOLIGRAFMASH".Aim of this degree paper is to explore specifics of logistics planning such as organization, planning and optimizing of logistics planning. In obedience to this aim, several following problems were solved: - learn basic concepts of logistics planning; - examine into several methods of planning demand in resources; - inquire into sequences of resource supplies calculations; - form an investment plan.
