В работе разработан бизнес-план предприятия сферы гостиничного бизнеса, произведена оценка его инвестиционной привлекательности. На основе анализа рынка гостиничных услуг были выявлены основные конкуренты хостела «Friend House». Проведен расчет организационных затрат, определена выручка от реализации услуг размещения, спрогнозирована чистая прибыль на 5 лет. Определена инвестиционная привлекательность проекта.

The work developed a business plan for the enterprise sphere of the hotel business, the estimation of its investment attractiveness. On the basis of hotel services market analysis there were identified the main competitors of «Friend House» Hostel. There was the calculation of the organizational costs, picked revenues from sales of accommodation services, the net profit was predicted for 5 years. The investment attractiveness of the project was determined.
