Annotation

The purpose of bachelors graduate qualification work is to provide the island of Kotlin with its own environmentally friendly energy source. In the present qualification work wind power potential of Kotlin island is calculated; place of construction of the wind park is chosen; standard wind turbine - Vestas V-90/1,8 MW - is defined with collection of loadings and determination of a foundation type; wind farm electricity production is calculated; the technical and economic efficiency is estimated. The effectiveness of application of the method of expected value for forecasting of wind speeds for various periods of urgency is also considered.
